My sister and I had a wonderful time in there and we don't even want to go home. We would like to thank you all of your wonderful services, everyone in there are very friendly and helpful. Not even people are helpful there, and the food was very very good too. We did not expected. Also, I would like to mention one of the guy names Jaime Arias Torres, he has been very helpful to us even we are not on his services list, but he was trying to answer our questions and helped as much as he could. After all, for sure we will be back very soon and I'm already starting to plan for my next trip! ^__^ Wonderful Experienced! Love it!

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd wedding Anniversary and also my 30th birthday... the resort was absoluate amazing... I would go again in a heartbeat. The wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing smell as you walk into the hotel makes you feel so good. My husband and I enjoyed the relaxation and the calmness all around the resort. The staff was exceptional they would go out of their way to help and accomodation you. We really enjoyed the dinner by the ocean it was real romantic not to mention the food was delightful. The restaurant Siempre was real good its a must. All in all our trip was wonderful and would go back again

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the resort. Everything was five stars with the exception of the employees- they were six stars! As a consumer and provider of services to the public, we are constantly critiquing staff and their attitude toward customer service. As a matter of fact, my wife has formal training in customer service from the Disney Company. As our vacation progressed I found my wife and me discussing how the employees of the resort, without exception and in particular Jaime, continually delivered excellent service while graciously performing their duties with sincere smiles! Whatever they are doing they are doing it right. I wish to extend my many thanks to staff and management for making our vacation the dream of dreams. My wife and I are seriously considering making a stay at the resort an annual “must do.”

Well, My wife (Jeanne) and stayed there in Dec. 2007 to celebrate a job milestone of mine and to get away before the holidays hit full force in Chicago - Not only was the lodging, food, atmosphere beyond what we expected ; including the sunset dinner beds but we met a photographer whom took many pictures of us and we were told some actually made it into ads for Pueblo Bonito! A friend of our on a flight pulled the in-flight magazine to show us - HOW COOL and what great memories from an unsuspected source as it was a shot from our sunset dinner!
